DIVORCE SCHOOL FOR WOMEN
Divorce Is Better with Girlfriends
The Divorce School for Women is a guided learning and community space for women who are contemplating, navigating, or rebuilding after divorce—together.
One of the most powerful things we can do during divorce is not go through it alone.
Why Divorce School?
Divorce is one of the most common—and least talked about—life transitions. More than half of adults will experience it. And yet most women enter divorce with:
-
Very little practical education
-
Fragmented or contradictory advice
-
Enormous pressure to “hold it together”
-
And a lot of quiet shame and feelings of failure

Imagine if we approached birth that way.
Divorce is not just a legal event. It’s a long, layered transition—emotional, financial, practical, relational, and identity-shifting. It requires context, repetition, regulation, and community.

That’s what the Divorce School for Women is here to offer.
Divorce Support Built for Women
Research is clear: Women’s friendships dramatically improve quality of life, resilience, and long-term health. Beyond the statistics, most of us feel this truth.
This is a divorce community built intentionally to fit women:

-
Women ground each other.
-
We normalize one another’s experiences.
-
We help each other think clearly when everything feels overwhelming.
-
We remember who we are when we forget.
And, it's deeply healing to take divorce out of secrecy and isolation ... and place it back into the realm of shared human experience.
Join Our Pilot Program
We’re launching the Divorce School for Women with a 6-month pilot cohort designed to support women through the full arc of divorce.
Designed specifically for women—by a woman who has walked this path—the pilot is a place to discuss all the things divorce touches, including:

-
How to read and understand legal documents and legalese
-
What your financial statements are actually telling you
-
Parenting through high-conflict or emotionally complex dynamics
-
Nervous system regulation to keep your brain online when it matters most
-
The dating rollercoaster—the highs, the lows, and what you learn about yourself
-
Home and car basics no one ever taught you
-
Making friends again and rebuilding community
-
Career transitions and starting anew professionally
-
Hormonal realities: Divorce and (peri)menopause
-
And so much more ...

Divorce rarely happens in isolation. It often collides with multiple life transitions at once. The Divorce School for Women makes space for the whole picture.
Apply Now
By joining this first cohort, you’re entering at the ground level. As a founding member, your questions, experiences, and feedback will help shape the future of the Divorce School itself—informing how this work evolves for the women who come after you.
The application isn’t about qualifying you but about ensuring our cohort is:

-
Aligned
-
Supportive
-
Respectful
-
Holds one another well

There are no right answers. Only honest ones.

The Structure
This pilot is intentionally designed as a longer container because divorce is not a quick process—legally, emotionally, or practically.
Nervous systems need repetition and regulation. Trust takes time. And clarity comes from practice, not pressure.
The pilot program includes:

-
A closed, private online community
-
Two live group gatherings per month:
-
One educational / learning-focused
-
One community-centered conversation space
-
-
Group forum discussions and shared resources
-
Optional pathways into 1:1 coaching for deeper support
Who This Is For
The Divorce School for Women is for women who are:

-
Contemplating divorce
-
Dissatisfied in your current partnership
-
In the middle of divorce
-
Post-divorce

This is not a crisis group or a vent-only space. This is a grounded, supportive, adult community for women who:
-
Are open to learning with others, rather than doing this alone
-
Value thoughtful conversation, emotional maturity, and mutual respect
-
Want to emerge from divorce whole, radiant and joyful, living their best lives
The February 2026 Cohort
The February cohort is now open for applications.
This pilot group will be intentionally small to support depth, trust, and meaningful connection. Once the February cohort is full, we'll open future sessions.
If you’re craving:

-
Clarity instead of chaos
-
Community instead of isolation
-
And a way to move through divorce that feels grounded and human
